Mrs. Daisy Osei is the Director for University International Relations and the Dean of Students at Radford University College. She holds:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Development Planning from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.
• A Postgraduate Diploma in Urban Planning, Management, and Finance from the Institute of Housing, Erasmus University, Rotterdam, Netherlands.
• A Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA).

She has over 30 years of working experience in both the public and private sectors and has been with Radford University College since 2009.
